Karns Animal Clinic

Karns Animal Clinic is a leading veterinary office in the Karns community. When their existing 4,000 sf facility could no longer support their business load, expansion was an attractive solution. It was important to the clinic to fit in with the rural vernacular of the Karns community while retaining a unique image setting the clinic apart from surrounding competition.

Studio Four Design was able to assist the clinic in designing a facility that would create a new “face” for the clinic and arrange space to maximize the amount of natural light entering the exam rooms and lobby. The design team helped create a seamless transition between clinic and business space while allowing the necessary space to support recent and future growth.

The new addition consists of Exam Rooms, Lab & Pharmacy Space, Diagnostic Work Stations, Product & File Storage, Lobby Space, Mechanical & Janitorial Closets, and a spacious Reception Counter with storage for merchandise & product display.
