Jan. 24, 2017 – Meghan Frederick,
architectural designer at Studio Four Design, a top architecture and design firm based in Knoxville, Tennessee, has passed her Architectural Registration Exam (ARE) and completed the requirements for becoming a licensed architect in the state of Tennessee.

According to the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), the ARE “concentrates on those services that most affect the public health, safety, and welfare.”  Passing this exam is the last step in completing the licensure process in Tennessee.

“Meghan’s passion for architecture and design is evident in her work at Studio Four Design,” said Stacy Cox, president of Studio Four Design. “She has a relentless drive, and passing the ARE and obtaining her professional license is just another step in her progression as a valuable asset to not only Studio Four Design, but to our clients.”

Frederick is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, with a bachelor’s of architecture and a Master of Fine Arts in graphic design. She has been with Studio Four Design since 2014.

“Having both an architectural and design background, working with Studio Four Design has been a perfect fit for me,” said Frederick. “I work mainly in the retail studio.  By obtaining my license, it helps position me and the firm to better serve our retail clients in the state of Tennessee.”
