meet Brian.
Brian, Principal and Vice President, has been a part of the Studio Four Design team since 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee. The collaborative spirit of the design team is something that Brian values and noted as a strength of the organization. “We’ve thrown out the ideas of ego and hierarchy, there is no person’s name on the door and we all share in the success and failures.”
Brian’s favorite part of the design process is at completion when the spaces are actually in use. “I love seeing the users move into and start to utilize their new or renovated facilities. The difference we can make in people’s everyday lives is part of what drives me in the profession.” Brian is inspired by new experiences and adventures, which is evidenced in two of his favorite hobbies, sailing and cycling. He typically rides at least 100 miles per week and enjoys the miles of greenways that Knoxville has to offer.
