meet Macy.
Macy is a Project Manager and Associate at Studio Four Design who earned her Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Tennessee in 2016. She chose the field of architecture as a way to combine her love of art and the structure of mathematics and proportions. Macy notes the environment that has been cultivated at Studio Four Design as a significant strength of the organization and remarked, “I like the teamwork and collaboration that is encouraged in the office.” Her favorite part of the design process is the initial programming and master planning phase, and the opportunity it offers to help clients think about their future needs and plan for growth. She draws inspiration from her teammates, as well, and loves seeing other designers in the office “get passionate about a project and put their all in to seeing it succeed.”
When she’s not managing projects at work, Macy is often having fun outdoors with her husband and daughter, whether hiking, camping, or just playing in their backyard. Macy also enjoys the craft of woodworking and has built and refurbished a few pieces of furniture.
