Our Core Values: Value Others

The Core Values of Studio Four Design, Inc., are the foundation on which our company is built.

Our third Core Value at Studio Four Design is “Value Others.” The question for team members is posed, “Am I recognizing and rewarding my teammates for their accomplishments? Am I encouraging and supportive of others who need it?”

Our studio culture is one in which fellow team members not only support and encourage one another but hold each other accountable. Working with the same mission, to bring excellence and personalization to each client’s design project, requires team members to work cooperatively together and support each other in that effort. With multi-faceted steps in each project, team members work closely to contribute their unique talents. Because providing exceptional customer service and outstanding design are the end goal for each client, our staff members work effectively to achieve success together.

Valuing others goes beyond the office, though, for the Studio Four Design team. Our team is passionate about finding ways to get involved in the community. Our longstanding partnership with our neighbors at the YWCA offers an opportunity to provide a Thanksgiving meal for staff members and residents each holiday season; relationships with local school leaders and connections with programs like the Americorps “Grandparents as Parents” provide ongoing ways that we can serve in the community. Service events are strategically planned and chosen so that the Studio Four Design team goes beyond the office walls and makes a difference in the lives of others.

Whether working with prospective architecture students or cleaning up our beautiful city with the Keep Knoxville Beautiful initiative, the Studio Four Design team is committed to using our time, talents, and resources to value not only each other but to serve our community.
