Create an inviting retreat that establishes overall comfort level and enhance the patient experience.
In 2011, Buzz and Trish Nabers purchased the South Gay Street building as a satellite office for their Northshore dental practice. A building with rich but tragic history, including multiple fatal fires, the public doubted that it could ever be fully integrated back into the community as a functioning contributor. The Nabers were very specific about their wants and needs for the space. As there is a great deal of anxiety associated with the dentist, Trish was determined to undermine that feeling and create a soothing environment where clients feel welcomed and calm. The result was a spa-like color scheme and luxurious, high impact finishes and fixtures. With only two interior doors within the space, each room is open and transparent. Special care was taken to ensure that the existing charm and character of the 1940’s building interior was left intact.
