Key Objective
This renovation project for Protomet, a premiere engineering and manufacturing service provider, created a new office space in Loudon to accommodate the expansion of Protomet’s office space in East Tennessee. The painted exterior facade is similar to Protomet’s Oak Ridge plant, and the interior reflects the professionalism and high quality of Protomet’s services.
The interior scope of work included new windows, doors, finishes, millwork, updated ADA-accessible restrooms, electrical,
plumbing fixtures, lighting and data. The exterior scope of work included cleaning and preparation of existing finishes to remain for painting, addition of accent metal panels, signage, canopies, and a new sloped parapet.
